Enrolment Conditions
The hosting partner managed the course coordination.
Lessons take place from Monday to Friday. If a course does not reach the minimum number of students expected, the Management reserves the right to change the course structure. To obtain certification of attendance to a course it is necessary to have attended at least 80% of the lessons. The details and contents of each individual offer are indicated in the relevant pages on the website www.incredere.eu. As well as prices valid from 01 January to 31 December of the current year.
Signing up
Acceptance to the course is subject to receipt of the registration confirmation by the organization. The confirmation of registration is a document that shows all the information related to the course and payment conditions. Without having received this document the student cannot be considered enrolled in the course.
Payment
Within 10 days of receipt of the registration confirmation, the participant must pay 50% of the total purchased service. The balance must be paid 2 weeks before the start of the course. If registration is less than 4 weeks before the start of the course, the total cost of the service purchased will be requested no later than 5 days after receipt of the registration confirmation.
Terms of payment
Payment must be made by bank transfer to the current account of the Host partner in the country where the course will take place. Payment information will be sent to you together with the Course Confirmation Document.
Deposit and early bird discount
If your course starts in more than 8 weeks, you are asked to make a 30% deposit of the total amount as down payment within 10 days from the booking confirmation and the balance payment one month before the course starts.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified by e-mail.
For cancellations communicated at least 5 weeks before the start of the course, the Host partner will refund the entire amount less 30% of the total.
For cancellations communicated 15 days before the start of the course, the Host School will retain the cost of a week of course and accommodation (if required).
After the start of the courses, the full amount will be retained.
Refunds – Lessons
Absences for personal reasons, early departures, and late arrivals are not valid reasons to recover lessons or demand refunds.
Treatment of complaints relating to the courses
Any participant complaints about aspects of the course or the services offered must be presented to the administration office. Should there not be a timely intervention in the resolution of the complaint, the student can write to the management. Only complaints received before the end of the course will be taken into consideration.
Insurance
Participants will be held responsible for any damage caused to the training structure. The host partner denies any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings within its premises. It is strongly recommended to obtain insurance against theft, loss of personal property, accidents, or illnesses.
Acceptance of the regulation
Once enrolled, the participant will automatically accept the conditions for enrollment of the training course provider.
